Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your withdrawal request electronically via our website. If you do so, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of purchase but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control

  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the seal has been removed after delivery

  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts)

  • Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets that are beyond the seller’s control
