Due to health and safety regulations, opened product containers cannot be returned or refunded.

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund for the product price.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
